• If you have purchased for 30 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same packaging as the item you received.
• Provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

When you receive an item that fails on first use, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to assist you. If it is determined that it is a manufacturing defect, we will provide a new replacement item.

Warranty Claims

• Most products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If the product is defective and under warranty, RNSbot will enforce the warranty on the product in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
